North have improved the canopy tension for faster flying, and revised the arc design for a crisper, snappier response, more direct steering and more dynamic recovery.

Still nimble and easy to ride, but now with a cleaner profile entry and smoother more aerodynamic shape that’s even more stable in kite loops, the Reach is your go-to kite in all conditions. The lighter construction excels in lightwind, foil and surf, without compromising the kite’s durability. Its fast, responsive steering and efficient power delivery give rise to confident boosts, loops and freestyle, while the short responsive bridle provides quick, exponential depower.

Thin foam padding is inserted underneath to form a lightweight durable buffer which lifts the kite slightly off rough surfaces, and protect the stitching along the struts and leading edge seams.

Steering Impulse Option:

Bar pressure / steering impulse wing tip tuning options let you fine tune the kite to your personal preference.

Low Drag Bridle:

Spliced, pre-stretched bridle lines with less parasitic drag for greater aerodynamic performance.

A new manufacturing method to pre-load and measure the bridle lines before cutting improves accuracy and consistency.

This combined with quality materials, results in reduced shrinkage, reduced elongation and improved longevity.

Hyperflow Inflation System:

High volume single point inflation system with larger diameter hose for rapid inflation and deflation.

Bayonet style main inflation valve compatible with most pumps.

No-Pulley Bridles:

Simplified. Less breakage. Removing the plastic pulleys from within the load-bearing part of the kite improves safety and your connection to the kite.

North have taken premium leading technology materials and applied simplified ergonomic design for precise performance with ease and comfort. Sensing your kite's position just became second nature.

Single Action Reload:

Connect Quick Release with intuitive single action reload raises the bar in kite control system safety. The red Quick Release handle has been ergonomically designed to fit in your hand comfortably for an industry standard push away release.

Toolless Interloop:

Push, twist, pull, lock and go. Our Toolless InterLoop makes the customer experience effortless when swapping between disciplines.

Tactile Offset Finger Bar:

For an ergonomic grip and intuitve feel when the control bar is orientated correctly.

Low Friction Co-Efficient Materials:

All loaded or running surfaces feature highly polished 316 stainless steel and low-friction components to enable fast, safe releases in a wide range of conditions.

Integrated Retractable Line Winder Bungee:

Leader Line PU Tubing Covers:

To help prevent line abrasion from uncovered lines against your skin, while colour-coded PU tubing covers where the leaders come out of the float help them remain rigid and out of the way when the flying lines aren't under tension.

Kook-Proof Line Connectors:
