Clearpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic installments, split out in a way that suits you best. You chose how much to initially pay upfront, and the remaining payment is split over 3 installments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard).
If youβve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order β easy!
To apply you must meet the following criteria:
You must be over 18 years of age.
You must be a UK resident.
Have a valid mobile and email address.
Have credit/debit card that is valid for 60 days from the purchase date.
Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Clearpay account.
Clearpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks in automatic installments from your selected payment method.
If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
A Β£6 late payment free will be charged if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due.
An additional Β£6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days.
Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see your Clearpay Payment Purchase Agreement for more details.
You can include any equipment from Kitesurf including accessories such as harnesses, wetsuits and travel bags.

Clearpay are expanding all of the time and we are pleased to say you can use this service not only in the UK, but our Kitesurf customers from Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada can now spread the cost of their orders using Clearpay in their own currency at no additional cost.
To make a purchase with Clearpay, all you need is your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. All information will be sent to your email address, so it is important you provide the right contact details.
We recommend that if you are new to Clearpay, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address (where your bank account is registered) to minimise the chances of your purchase not being accepted.
When checking out, just fill out the easy online payment form and you can be approved for up to Β£2,000 to use for the equipment you wish to purchase.
When you first sign up, Clearpay will give you an initial credit limit. For most people this will be around Β£450 at first.
This credit limit will be raised the longer you use Clearpay, as long as you do no miss any payments.
Please ensure your name and billing address match those held by your bank account or electoral roll.
If you have recently paid for an order via Clearpay, please allow up to 48 hours for this to clear.
If you return some or all of your order, Clearpay will issue you with a new statement as soon as we process your return.
If you have an upcoming payment due date β sit back and relax.
If there is a delay in us registering a return, Clearpay will issue a new payment due date for the items you decide to keep.
Please note, refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from Kiteshop.com to Clearpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
As soon as the refund is processed it will be seen in your Clearpay online account.
Once we have has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven bank days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.
If you are using 3 Interest-Free Installments option, your refund will be available as a positive balance in your account with Clearpay. This allows you to purchase again using your account at any participating online stores.
Any card payment refund will be made back to the same card which you paid with.
Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 installments, due every two weeks.
To be eligble for credit from Clearpay, you must be permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands), aged 18+. Further eligibility and T&Cs apply.
Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of Β£6 and, if your order is worth more than Β£24, a further late fee of Β£6 if it still overdue after 7 days. The total amount of late fees you may be charged will depend on your order value.
If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly.
