What are your delivery costs?

UK Delivery is FREE for orders over Β£79.00. You’ll be able to see the cost of delivery at the time of ordering and track your parcel from the moment it leaves Kitesurf.

Delivery to mainland European destinations for items under Β£100.00 will cost Β£14.95 GBP per order.

Who do you use for delivery?

Kitesurf offers a market leading delivery service with the help of top class courier services. Most of our products are delivered via UPS and DPD which guarantee next day delivery and tend to be delivered between 7am and 6pm.

With DPD couriers for example, we can even provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel. With a notification by email and option to change the delivery day if needed, your items can be delivered to you when it's most convenient. You can even track your parcel direct from your mobile phone and even reply back to rearrange your delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

At Kitesurf, we endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. For your peace of mind, all purchases are covered by our 21 day exchange or refund promise. If you are unhappy with the product in any way and has not been used, it can returned back to us!

A full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning products within 14 days of delivery when purchased through the website or phone orders via the shop. A full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning unopened products, or items with a proven fault within 21 days of purchase or delivery.

I need to return an item

A full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning products within 14 days of delivery when purchased through the website or phone orders via the shop. A full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning unopened products, or items with a proven fault within 21 days of purchase or delivery.

If any exchange or refund is required then you should return the item to us, ensuring a copy of an email or confirmation. Items must be returned by Recorded delivery and clearly marked for the attention of the Mail Order Dept. We will credit the card we have on file as soon as the item is returned to us - the refund however may take up to 21 working days to appear on your statement due to the difference in bank transfer procedures. If original payment was made via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed.

ORDERS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Shopping online with Kitesurf is easy – simply follow the following steps then sit back and wait for your order to arrive. Find the items you wish to buy using the search bar at the top of the page or via the category dropdowns in the navigation menu and add them to your basket using the β€˜add to cart’ button.

When you are happy with the contents of your basket, click the shopping basket icon in the top right of your page. This will take you to the first step in our secure checkout process. If you have an account with us sign in, or alternatively can proceed through our guest checkout process.

Choose your delivery option and payment method and then review your order on the summary page before confirming your order with the β€˜confirm your order’ button. We will send you an email to confirm your order.

If you have checked out as a guest you will be given the option to register an account once your order is complete. Opening an account makes shopping with us even easier – you can access your basket and saved items across different devices as well as save your delivery preferences and payment details.

What payment options are available?

The easiest way to order through Kitesurf is on this website using your credit / debit card via the online shopping basket.

It is totally secure and very easy to use. We accept Paypal and the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Cirrus, Maestro, Solo and American Express.

You can also pay in 30 days or spread the cost over 3 months in equal installments with Klarna or 4 payments using Clearpay.

If you are a UK resident, you can also pay in affordable monthly payments using our finance option for on all orders over Β£300.00. Simply order as normal and choose finance option in the checkout.

How can I track my Order?

You can track the progress of your order using your unique tracking reference number which you can find in your order history (registered customers only) or alternatively you can find your tracking reference number on the email you will have received from us when your order was despatched.

Most couriers deliver between 09:00 and 18:00 and will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order a maximum of three times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt, they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund.
